dinachem, still in vegetative phase and very young
'Orange Bud' by @dutch-passion.com starting to look ๐ฅ at day 37 of flowering.
The smell is great and the 'Zamaldelica X Kali China' in the big pot and the baby 'Dinachem' also look very healthy.
This is not good! The #UN are our only way to global peace, justice and stability.

Legal cannabis is amazing!
Pressure your government officials to legalize cannabis in your country!

Right pic: a small ball of Charas, collected while storing Sour Diesel Bx2 harvest, chillin' on the Zamal.

Fun fact: Allain Robert climbed the Taipei 101 in 2004 on a rope.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alain_R...
I can fully understand your POV, but to me personally, it's inspiring in the 'chase your dreams' and 'see what a human is capable' of way.
As a young adult, I've done some free solo climbs on rock, but this does not seem inspiring to me anymore. I'd also rather use a rope now! ๐
The biggest difference I see, is that a simple mistake can have a fatal consequence for Alex most of the way, but most F1 accidents are not fatal. Still, you have to be prepared to watch somebody die in F1 from time to time. Same for this live event, thus the comparison.
25.01.2026 15:17 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0It's just not comparable to most of us, because what he does is so unimaginable to us. To him, it's just like driving a car, he knows exactly what he is doing. But still, he could die. And so could an expert F1 driver like Lewis Hamilton.
25.01.2026 15:17 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0To me, it's comparable because the consequence of their sport can be death and the risk for the expert is quiet low.
Emily Harrington mentions the difference between risk and consequence in the livestream and I've also heard this from other expert climbers.
I don't agree. He is taking every safety measure he can, just in a different way a race-driver does. He did specific training and preparation, had spacial shoes made. Driving slower surely would make F1 safer, but they choose to drive as fast as they do, because the sport requires them to do so.
25.01.2026 15:17 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 2 ๐ 0Well, it clearly shows I'm no expert here, sorry! ๐
This list includes the the 2017 death, but it was at a Historic Grand Prix. Still, I guess this counts as a live F1 event comparable to what Honnold did! At least in my view.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of...
Same in this case. Honnold had special shoes made for him, how is this different? New skin products get invented for better moisture management, etc.
Non expert people will die in F1 cars. Expert drivers seldomly die, but they do. Same with free solo climbing a skyscraper.
Nobody is immune to threats against democracy. Speak to your friends and family about the importance of voting for democratic leaders. This can happen anywhere!
25.01.2026 14:18 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I hope, after those horrific ICE shootings, more people will start to realize that the inhumane anti-immigration vision of the Trump administration is not possible without immense human suffering. Watching in horror from Germany, pictures of our past come to mind. FUCK ICE! FUCK TRUMP!
25.01.2026 14:18 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 1 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Climbing is interesting regarding risk and consequence.
www.8a.nu/news/rip-chr...
www.planetmountain.com/en/news/clim...
There are many examples of climbing experts dying in low risk, high consequence settings.
Dangerous: very
Risky: not really for them
Consequences: extremely high
The last F1 death was 2017.So 9 years no death. This does not mean much tho, since there was no death from 2002 to 2014. 12 years no deaths and then 3 deaths in one year.
I don't see a clear trend here since the 80s:
1980s 4 1980 1986
1990s 2 1994 1994
2000s 2 2000 2002
2010s 3 2014 2017
But yea, deaths in those sports are easy to find.
People are just not used to this style of sport. It was tough to watch for me as well, and I'm a climber.
edition.cnn.com/2025/09/16/s...
This was not an illegal climb.
The climbing experts view this quiet accurately: This is not high risk, but high consequence. The climb is easy for Honnold and he prepared for it,so from a risk perspective, it's quiet low risk.
Tell me how many times a climber has died by falling in a live TV show?
Watching Alex Honnold free solo the Taipei 101 was the most intense and incredible thing I've ever seen live on screen.
I get it that many people criticize it, because it's very dangerous. On the other hand, what about skiing or formula one? It's incredibly dangerous and is watched by millions!
This is the type of leader we all wish for: Empathic and community-oriented!
Helping those, who need his aid the most! Opening his eyes to the growing hardships and inequalities we all face!
And all this with a hopeful and clear vision for the future of the UK.
Best of luck from Germany!
Sadly, I had to cut down my 'Violeta' (Ace Seeds), because it was a hermaphrodite.
This Orange Bud by @dutch-passion.com seems confident about it's gender and looks very healthy! Minimal training, short vegetative stage, a small pot and grown under LED. ๐ก
