Middle adulthood nonsense

My mental health isn’t great right now so I’m trying to find things to be positive about. For example, I’m depressed and disengaged from the outside world, but I also don’t have a single reason to put a bra on. That’s a win.

Beat dad at Yahtzee and shoveled and salted his sidewalks and steps. I was rewarded for both with hot tea and butter cookies. In summation, the butter cookies were a nice bonus
