This is really interesting to know, thanks John! Sadly we can't access any of the Slow Worm records and only a small number overall from this area on NBN due to licensing & verification level. If anyone has records (particularly of sp such as Slow Worm) we'd be grateful to receive them!

Work continues on the Live Labs 2 project in East Riding this year, where we've been changing audio sensors to continue to record wildlife around Hayton village. We'll be taking all the data recorded and processing this through the BTO Acoustic Pipeline to help identify the sounds captured!

At NEYEDC we're interested in all aspects of natural history, including finding out about past fieldtrips and finds, which is why it was nice to stumble across a lovely hand drawn map from a @ynuorg.bsky.social conchological excursion to Brandesburton in 1969 - spot the all important lunch stop!πŸ₯ͺ
