I mean, Tradeston does need tidying up anyway (and I assume it'll be next, now they've almost done with the Gorbals bit?) but I'm more thinking the bit of land immediately along the north of the river. Clyde St and Broomielaw could (and should!) be lovely!

I often find myself musing how mad it is that we've got the massive stretching waterfront through the city and it's just not used well at all. It has so much potential!
