I think everyone's lives would be much better if we all collectively just shared less on the internet, not having a take on every single thing that happens, and try to enjoy things just a little bit more

This was also the most important part for me realising beeing trans.
I was not unhappy with my body, but thought I would be a bit happier as a girl.
Turns out I got a lot happier ^^`

(What unexpected realizations I got browsing /r/egg_irl back then. Including "I can be trans and a lesbian at once‽)

Depends on the definition of dysphoria.

Dysphoria as in "feel bad about my current gender/sex": you can be trans without that.

Some consider the abillity of feeling euphoria for the "other" gender as a form of dysphoria.

Words/definitions are hard. Getting where happiness is is the important part

Sidenote: there is a difference between having a problem with ones own body, and possibly preferring a slightly different one. Don't know how it is for you, just wanted to put this here as possible food for thought.
