The whole team goated, game wouldn't be the same without your soundtrack 💪

Finally, I'll add color and finishing touches like anti-alising to round out the piece. Here's a time lapse of the piece, although it doesn't show the reference layer. And that's all folks! From here I'll export the image as an Aseprite file and import the images into Godot to be added to the scene.

This is where @pixquare-app.bsky.social comes in, it's got a great feature that allows a high resolution reference image to be added to the canvas and moved, and scaled without changing its resolution. This makes "digitizing" the high resolution art much easier.
