Still it is so frustrating to see how this house is being more and more neglected.
I've been living here for more than 10 years now and things have gotten so much worse for the past two years or so...
Also there's barely any good way of doing something about the situation for me as a tenant.

Today: Water damage in the downstairs apartment again. Because of sth sth drainage from the balcony, etc.
Of course everything is solidly frozen up here, so I can't open the cover and check the drain.
