Just make sure to use an unsweetened yogurt. I use Fage lactose free Greek yogurt but you can use something runnier.

I sometimes add mint or pepper or sage to give it some extra flavor.

Seattle marathon 3:20 pace group! Mid-30s and cloudy at the start turned into 41° and sunny for the second half. Great group out there today with lots of positive energy! Grateful to be able to do my part to help others reach their goals, and for super pacing buddies!
