Picked a great week to go touring around Outback Queensland. Daily severe heat warnings, temps over 43 degrees. Oh did I mention the aircon in the HiLux has also packed in!?!?

I am being held hostage in hospital by my bowels! There’s a betting pool going amongst staff here and the pressure is mounting. Morning rounds today and everybody was asking me when? Some dude just walked past and asked ‘Anything yet?’

Following surgery I am now trapped in the hospital, held hostage by my own bowels. As soon as I void I can be discharged, but my bowels aren’t playing along. Stupid bowels
