I think it would be wonderful if there could be a path to democratizing similar therapeutic peptides via decentralized production (in situ) with bacteria used in fermented foods (such as lactic acid bacteria).

Maybe best (for most of us who aren't trained veterinarians) not to handle any wild animals anywhere?

Fascinating study about a truly terrifying virus for cats. This is a big deal not just for veterinary infectious diseases, but virology in general. Just a crazy situation.

It was great to see all the people riding around on bikes this morning and feel the positive energy!
We stopped by the Leucadia Bike Shop pit stop and met some wonderful people.
Now it's time to bike to the lab and later to Pizza Port in Solana Beach!

The official day (with pit stops, etc) is Thursday (05/15/2025). So there's extra time to register and prepare.
I wish everyday to be Bike Everywhere Day (it's how I like to roll, though I like to walk too)
