Started in Denver on 09/27. Myself, bro, SIL, friend, and two dogs in a big red Ford extended cab truck with a shell on the back. I spent most of the road time in the back with the dogs. I could close the window and smoke cigarettes whenever I wanted. Fantastic adventure, never to be duplicated.

Folks were throwing things on stage at them. I think they lasted about three tunes before they gave up.

In my entire concert history, I've only seen two bands booed off stage. Both were opening for Queensryche. One of them was Warrant, who somehow got tapped to support the Ryche during the Mindcrime tour in 1989 at the San Jose Civic Auditorium.

#TicketStubWed I present The Rolling Stones - Steel Wheels tour. Waited outside of Wherehouse Records all night long, when that was a thing to do. And it paid off. 21st row, practically dead center. Living Colour opened. And check out the admission price and service fee! Oh that world has changed.

The first couple years when they had the softer foam floors instead of the metal grating, and way less people to trample my toes, I went shoeless for most of those shows, Look at that nastiness on the bottom!
