Clearing the Way
We needed to remove some trees at that lie on the route of the canal at Tamworth Road.
It's sad to see trees cut down, but it will have a big benefit in the long term. Our latest video gives you all the details.

A canal meanders towards a liftbridge with a bluesky and bright reflections.
A close-up photo of white cyclamen.
A close-up photo of a black and white liftbridge over a canal, with a fir tree in the background and a blue sky, with some wispy clouds.
We love these spring photos at Darnford Moors Ecology Park, taken in the sunshine.

Two wire sculptures of herons on a canal bank. The larger one has a metal fish in its beak.
These herons live a happy life along the Lichfield Canal route, but do you know where?
