I hate the barbaric state my country and leadership have devolved us to.

They have separated and isolated us from the world, loudly declaring "We have all the power, and you all should be grateful!"- the acid words that eventually drip from the mouth of every abusive domestic partner. Submit, or be beaten, or shot. Submit, or they'll destroy you.

They seek to bring back the "good ole days", where men were men and women were women and stayed home- silent, pregnant and obedient, all the while not caring that the cost of living far exceeds the wages of a single-provider household.

They have gutted the social infrastructure, removed or impeded all the services vital to supporting a healthy population, because maintaining a free and happy nation cuts into their profits.

They have spent decades hyping up gun culture and now have a "public" Goon Squad of rabid COD rejects armed to the teeth, who now feel free to openly execute people in the streets and in their concentration camps.

One year in, and this administration has undermined every tenet of the U.S.A. Constitution.
"Land of the Free, home of the Brave" is now reduced to a whispered propaganda slogan leftover from WW2. They have destroyed the checks and balances, blatantly ignoring the laws that should apply to all.

Alex Jeffrey Pretti was an ICU nurse at a VA hospital. His life, through his profession, was dedicated to serving his community and our country.

As so many have now seen on video, his final act before he was killed by federal agents was doing everything in his power to protect his community.
