We witnessed a SIEGE of Great Blue Herons arrive at Beacon Hill Park in Victoria, BC and it was SPECTACULAR.

We stopped at Beacon Hill Park and saw a few herons, then on to Clover Point to watch kite boarders and wing foilers. On our way home we saw an eagle perched high atop the 127 foot totem pole and watched as he flew off overhead. #ElbowsUp fellow Canadians, true north strong and free! 🇨🇦🤙🏼

It’s great blue heron nesting season in Victoria! Watching the herons nest building is truly a sight to behold. If you can make it to Beacon Hill Park, you should see them in person, they’re remarkable. For those who can’t, we will stop at the park on our daily rides and post updates. 🇨🇦🤙🏼

Today we witnessed a SIEGE of HERONS at Beacon Hill Park and it was SPECTACULAR. It’s heron mating and egg laying season at the park. If you’re able, definitely go and check it out. If you can’t get there, I got some pretty good footage today! We hope you all had a great weekend. 🇨🇦🤙🏼

We took the Galloping Goose Trail to pick up our grocery order at Lifestyle Markets. It was such a beauty day we decided to detour on the way home and rode through Beacon Hill Park, where we saw an owl, and then down to Clover Point, because ocean, where most of our rides lead. 🤙🏼🇨🇦

We got up early this morning to haul our boat out of the water for yearly maintenance. We’ve been waiting for little wind, no rain and a 9 foot high tide — that all came together at 5:00am. All that to say, our hearts wanted to go on today’s ride and our heads were exhausted. Hearts won ♥️🇨🇦 #ElbowsUp

Just tried uploading from my MBA to see if it was an iOS issue and got "Selected video is larger than 100 MB" error message. Does this mean creators have to export at 480p resolution?! Yikes!

@pfrazee.com Can you help? Video uploads aren’t working for us anymore. Both videos are 2:46 long and exported as .mov. I tried reexporting as mp4 and got same error message when uploading. Using InShot as editor, latest version of iOS.

Today’s ride started with gray skies in James Bay and turned into sun and blue skies by the time we got to Ross Bay. We saw an otter playing in the ocean and the tiniest flitty fluttery little bird on a path in the cemetery. It didn’t last long, but we hope you had a chance to catch the sun today. 🤙🏼
