I have been suggesting a reform for several years

1-Expand the court to 13
2-Term each Justice to 13 yrs
3-Mandate yrly appointments
4-Mandate Senate votes
5-Assign cases to a RANDOM selection of 6 Justices PLUS the Chief Justice (7 total)

Given how the Senate functions with at least 1 of the Justices it was nearly impossible to prevent I'm talking about the Garland case Regrettable is the mild way to describe it & it points to the fact that our system of gov't is not as lofty as some describe We need overhauls in all sectors of Gov't
