Well the difference is immediately noticeable. It’s not so radical as to be shocking. So looks like a natural evolution that will blend fine with existing works.

My best advice is to regularly do some basic waist and neck stretches and do a full set of shoulder stretches. These helped me with most of those aches and pains for decades now.
Otherwise, a masseur or chiropractor can be cheap and effective even without a chronic condition.
