I cannot believe this is real

I saw it last night. I felt like Edgar Wright has either lost his pizzazz or the studio made him make it flat. I love Powell as a lead but the whole thing is a jumbled mess. The third act is so breakneck that it’s just jarring. The last three minutes wrapping up like six loose ends was just laaazy.

My favorite thing about Evil Dead 2013 is dude finds the necronomican wrapped in barb-wire and every page has “DONT SAY IT” and then he just says it.
