I have a Sad lamp which I put on for an hour in the morning while I work from home. It's bright and I can feel it works. I typically get depressed when it's dark out too. More as I get older in fact.

Really fun stream last night. We went out to see some guardian ruins, gathered just enough materials and data to unlock the guardian FSD booster and it to not be a grind. I really do hope FDev revisit these sites and add depth to them. Such untapped potential.
