Rubio’s position seems to be:

- We get to say who is a terrorist. Our decision is final. It can’t be challenged. Just trust us.
- Once we decide you are a terrorist, we can immediately deport you. No judges.
- After we deport you, we can make you rot in a foreign prison. No criminal charges needed.

I’m sure many of these men are criminals that have done terrible things but under our Constitution they still have the right to due process. I’m all for deporting gang members and people that have been convicted of a crime but they still have to follow the legal process.

Hi, I'm the guy who used to oversee the federal government's agency IT telecommunications contracts. This is extremely bad. There is absolutely no need for this. Not only is it a huge security exposure, but the simplest explanation for this is that it is meant to be a security exposure.

The people Attorney General Bondi is calling “terrorists” have had no trial and no chance to defend themselves. We do not know who they are. Ignoring the Constitution does not make us safe. It puts us all in peril.

What voters could they possibly lose at this point? Do they really think there are independents or center-left voters sitting at home that are still on the fence? There’s pretty much nothing the Dems could do at this point that would cause them to lose votes.
