As I work on the endings of my #visualnovel I wonder how allowing players so much control on how endings play out will be taken. VN fans can be dogmatic.

I always made my mods and this game about role-playing. Choices have consequences but I want to give players max wiggle room.

The Visual Novel dev Black Cyc has a trick they like to pull where they telegraph a choice coming up then rip it away from the player. I think this is pretty good.

Yeah they haven't changed that basic navigation much since the early 2000s. Which is even more amazing when you consider the software has passed through the ownership of several different companies during that time.

I sometimes use canned poses both commercial and free as starting points for my poser scenes. I am often really shocked at how reckless people are about disregarding anatomy and pushing joints past their limits to get a position that can be achieved in far less problematic ways.
