Why do companies think that bombarding you w/multiple emails every day is a good thing? If I sign up for emails, send me 1 once per wk. Once you send more than 1 a day, I unsubscribe. Just b/c I bought something from you, it doesn't mean that I want these emails. It is really getting out of hand.

When you are off work due to a work injury, you are not contributing to your work pension (if you have one) or CPP. The younger you are injured, the less you have contributed which adds to the poverty experienced at 65 when your #WSIB benefits end. An injury for life should mean benefits for life.

Injured Workers and Advocates Denounce Discriminatory #WSIB Age Cut-Off ending benefits at 65 regardless of how long you planned to work. Injuries suddenly don't disappear when you turn 65 which means many injured workers face poverty as they get older.

COVID outbreak risk remains in #ONhealth hospitals without layers of protection.

Universal masking in ALL areas of #Ontario hospitals is essential for safe healthcare access.

Let regional decision-makers know this is a priority.

It’s wild to me that people would prefer to spend a week or so being sick than to risk being judged by strangers for wearing a mask in public.

And that’s assuming that they believe β€œit’s mild” dogma and have no idea about the potential long term consequences.

Some vaccines like COVID and flu don’t stop completely stop infection.

But they do reduce the risk of getting infected and greatly reduce severe illness risk.

They are still worth getting.

Since they are not 100% effective it’s also wise to add another layer of protection by wearing a mask.
