They were my salvation when I had nowhere else to go for answers to my (many) questions.

Libraries informed me of good influences, art, culture, history, music, science, and just whatever general knowledge struck my fancy at the time.

I finished "Sir Callie and the Witch's War" in two days, and I'm already on tenterhooks waiting for the next one.

What a beautifully written third book in a beautifully written series. There are swords and dragons and magic, but the issues this series touches on are all too real.
