Listened this morning and it felt odd not to hear Rivian mentioned, especially with its efforts to streamline manufacturing for the upcoming R2. With the removal of tax credits, supply chain challenges, and plans for a full body frame, it seems like a key part of that discussion.

Listened to it this morning and was odd that Rivian wasn’t mentioned considering its efforts to reduce manufacturing costs with the upcoming R2. Between the removal of tax credits and moves like developing a full body frame it definitely feels like they should’ve been part of that conversation.

Rivian is already using Google Maps as their main navigation system and also has a native Apple music app as of August

I think most people who are upset about this haven’t actually test driven a Rivian. The software experience is excellent and it feels like an extension of the car itself. If CarPlay or Android Auto took over, it would strip away a lot of that built in functionality.

Insane. I got to say though paying $4,900 for laser surgery was one of the best things i've done. Been wearing glasses since I was 14 and got it done at 38.

This is the Summer Games Fest week (formerly E3 RIP) and there are a TON of game demos to try out on Steam.
One that has caught my attention/ play time the most is Wildgate. It's a team based spaceship shooter where ship crews battle and try to escape with a powerful artifact. youtu.be/wTD0qteW3YE

Wildgate has elevated to be the most fun I've had in a multiplayer game in a very long time. It's even better if you can get a group of 4 friends. What a blast!

Dang. Wildgate is really fun. Had a blast playing with friends last night. It was chaos and we were all screaming to fix broken ship parts and when to attack and board the enemy ships.

This WWDC feels like the "We added all the Google features" show

I had a great time with it and really enjoyed the combat. It just overstayed its welcome and I was done by chapter 14 😢
