Personally I would be a bit doubtful whether this is the case - if only because in the Reparations case itself, the issue is essentially the UN acting as an employer and suing on behalf of its employee. It does so under a public framework, but the line is blurry.

I don't know of any directly (does not mean it is not out there). But I would then rather base my argument on making my own typology of the rights and duties the ICJ "counts" and distill from there whether this public function connects them.

Yeah I get that, but quite sure the public aspect isn't really relevant in case law
