Professional artist and lives in a 40’RV with Max the cat and Rosie, my Lab. Roger, husband, too. We’ve traveled the past 10 years all over with our then, three dogs. Two Labs and Lola, my Newfie. Yes, I paint lots of dogs and now, Cats!

Today a few adjustments. Rosie wanted to play. The park we’re at is getting new paved roads and one is the way to the dog park. Oops.

The “uglies” . 😉 Not the title but a stage one can travel through while painting and seeing a different direction to the finished piece. Rosie wanted to be larger, which made the figure behind look as if they were far away. Rethinking!

I love azaleas. They give me joy so they’re going in!! lol
Still in progress. Rosie, my almost 3 year old Lab, loves going out to the dog park and has her “watch” set for exactly the times she wants to go. lol I don’t mind.

I’m loving that I’m getting back into the rhythm of strong brush strokes.
And again, a limited palette of Ultramarine Blue Deep, Cad Yellow medium and Cad Red. Onward and upward!!
