I got my High-Res 40x Kit (I have a 100x lens) from iorodeo.com. However, I know that OpenFlexure has the part list on their site. Their STL configurator allows you to pick between High-Res, Basic, and Low-cost optic options for folks that can’t get microscope lenses

Can’t agree with you more, Jeff. I’m building an OpenFlexure microscope 🔬with just a Rpi 4B + RaspCam module 2. I can get up to 100x magnification, remote access and a bunch of automation tools, all on this trusty Raspberry Pi 4B.

So True. Yeah, more trains would be nice. Sadly, China has us beat in both trains and EVs; just look at what BYD and other Chinese brands are offering for crazy low prices. Are they Austin Martin levels of quality? No! But I’d take a BYD over anything from Ford or Stellantis.

Not to be that guy but what about Electric Trains! Got to ride the new Electric CalTrain during Open Sauce and it was such a pleasant experience compared to traditional American trains.

You are absolutely right! I’m such a dummy I should have checked my beloved Pi 5. I think subconsciously I wanted to save that Pi for my NAS project since it has more compute potential compared to Pi 4. Oh well I’m gonna use it now
