I was over consuming.I was in trouble. Istopped and started a million times.
I tried moderation. slippery slope. I wanted out.
Posting in case anyone needs an offramp or a sign🛑

Be like Lenny. Relish in the rest. Know when it’s time to bark at squirrels. Know when it’s time conserve energy. There are so many squirrels. Always will be. There is so much rest to be immersed in until it is time to bark again.

Slow day over here. It’s sweet and I savor it.
It’s a busy world.
The days are getting darker.
The holidays are amping up.
We live in a push it to the limit culture.
Exhausting.
It’s good to conserve energy when possible.
I give you permission to not over do it.
