IMO Zelda's stories have always been pretty supplemental to the gameplay. Just a reason for your adventure to exist and not much more. It's really the characters and vibes that matter more than the plot.

I agree that it's completely fucked up if true, and again, I'm not saying that you have to feel any sympathy for her. Just that it's not wrong that some people do. Especially when she has pretty severe mental problems and has been relentlessly gangstalked and bullied for over half of her life.

Don't get me wrong, I have no sympathy for people like Hitler or Trump. But those are rare cases. People who have hurt millions with glee.

I think that's both a depressing and dangerous way to view human beings.
