I honestly feel insane saying out loud that the President paid to rape trafficked children on multiple occasions over years but like... That's exactly what happened, how else am I supposed to say it????

It's all good. It's not like I wanted me or anyone to suffer at all by missing pay or benefits, but it could have at least been worth the sacrifice (for me) if it meant securing healthcare availability to millions of Americans. I'm pretty peeved it was for nothing but back to business as usual.

Dems backed Trump into a corner where he’s advocating for starving Americans and hemorrhaging support. If they vote to let him off the hook in exchange for nothing it’s a cataclysmic failure. I know people are in pain but insulating Republicans from political consequences is not the answer.
