Distinct follicular T cell subsets regulate lymphoma progression and outcomes Abe et al. unveil phenotypically and spatially distinct T cell subsets that expand in follicular lymphoma using multi-omics single-cell and spatial analyses. These subsets exhibit unique localization patterns within or around neoplastic follicles, likely forming anti-lymphoma immune ecosystems, and predict patient outcomes, offering insights beyond current mechanistic understanding and prognostication.
