That last sentence doesn't matter to your client, and the first sentence only tells your client they've been deprioritized.

Your client only cares why you let THEM down, not that you've prioritized onboarding OTHER clients.

TMW you get into a client's website and discover a developer in 2015 created several pages but didn't add them to a navigation menu, so they've been stealth for ten years. Including a contact page connected to an email address the client doesn't use, and has 13K spam entries. WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK.

Every time I post about this on BlueSky, someone almost immediately replies with a pitch for a Fiverr freelancer. The replies are worded identically; sometimes the name of the freelancer is different, sometimes it's not. I need support, not invitations to spend money I do not have. Thanks again.
