Електрическата мощност точно във Watts си се мери. Изчислителната – най-често във FLOPS, а FLOPS/Watt го интерпретирам като изчислителна ефективност. Ако изчислителната ефективност се вземе за константа, тогава дадените в статията GW могат да се приемат като мярка за изчислителна мощ...

Нещо такова би трябвало да е по способностите на българската метрология, макар и не чак с ppb точност, която не е и необходима в 99.9% от случаите. А могат и готов еталон от да си вземат от NIST

Подемната сила зависи от обема на тялото и от плътността на флуида, в който то е потопено (въздух в този случай). Вакуумната камера нормално би имала различен обем от тежестите, докато и двете са във въздух в този случай. Следователно им действат различни по големина подемни сили.

И трите величини са константи, които са били установени с голяма точност при предишните SI дефиниции. За текущите SI дефиниции тези константи се фиксират на измерените преди това стойности. Така нямаш нужда от образци (за kg, m и т.н.), които да се пазят при специални условия – просто смяташ.

Кантарът се поставя във вакуумна камера, предполагам. Друг е въпросът каква степен на вакуум е била постижима с технология от края на 19-ти век. Интересно ми е каква им е била дефиницията за "безвъздушно пространство", тоест какво е било максимално допустимото налягане в камерата.
