03.04.2025 17:08 — 👍 3 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0so fair. I struggled with this same thing when I was younger. turns out the ability to project yourself into the future, “episodic future thinking”, can be hard for people with trauma, anxiety or depression to do. definitely was a trauma response for me!
