Ich hab keine Motivation für irgendwas. Ich muss mich zu alle bringen. Zu hobbys, arbeit, kochen alles. Ich hab spaß wenn dinge passieren aber es ist nie irgendwas erholend.

Ich bin unfassbar schlecht darin mit negativen emotionen umzugehen und unterdrücke die einfach so sehr.

Ich denke viel drüber nach was ich gerade will im Leben und da ist einfach nicht mehr. Ich habe mich einfach schon so aufgegeben ich bin immer überrascht wenn es Zukunft gibt

Mental ist es dieses Bild in einer Dampflokomotive mitten auf einem feld zum halten zu kommen weil die Gleise zu ende sind. Es gibt vielleicht einen Prellbock aber der würde dich nicht aufhalten selbst dann ist da nichts mehr. Es ist einfach das „end of the line“

Es ist so wenig von mir übrig geblieben. Ich hab so viel aufgegeben. Ich kann mich nicht neuerfinden, ich kann nicht einfach weitermachen.
Ich hab so viele Türe offen und lebe im Flur.

Ich habe glaube eibfach ein komisches Ego dass denkt niemand außerhalb der Community versteht mich und niemand innerhalb soll von mir belastet werden.
