As ICE and CBP testify in Congress, we have updated our tracker of deaths at the hands of immigration enforcers. 25 have been killed with another 18 seriously injured, and there have also been 44 deaths in ICE/CBP custody.

Why does it matter what an action is called, so long as people are getting involved? Every time a "general strike" fizzles out, that weakens the power of the actual mechanism. A general strike is meant to send cold shivers down the state and bosses' spines. It is a threat. It is our nuclear option.

I think they relied on a being true, but believed that "antifa" is a well-funded militia movement like they have, with at least a core of hard insurgents planning physical attacks on agents. Then they expected to win *that* fight in a really telegenic way instead of bogging down in a literal Chiraq.
