I resigned from the group anyway and it has kind of fallen apart now, but at the time it was a decision to get what I saw as important information out using it, or not to bother. I was quite torn and made the call (right or wrong) to use it at the time, *hoping* I was doing more good overall

So I did use it to pull the basis of some of these together, including their history, meaning of terms and links to support resources. Edited, checked and tweaked it all but it *was* actually helpful, even though I felt dirty. Seemed to be a choice of getting that information out or it not happening

I did use it early on at work. We had a tiny ED&I group with only two of us in "comms", and we needed lots of explainer articles every month on all the events that month (religious, awareness days, pride, etc.) No budget for it and no work time particularly allocated to it - just an expectation.

I'll be the one looking lost and bewildered in a corner - or flitting around thinking everyone is my best friend. It can go either way 😆
