I'm going to strongly recommend anyone with a warranty policy with American Home Shield cancel it immediately. My furnace has been broken since mid-November, an electrician they sent made did such a bad job the HVAC guy called it tampered with and voided coverage on the unit.

big relief. when it froze up the display was on, which fully drained the battery after a few hours.
