I thought at first something had hit our building in downtown Vancouver. It was loud but oddly enough nothing rattled in my condo. I think that’s why I was confused at first as to what was happening. The alert came several moments later. I also have the Alertable app which was helpful.

I think we have to watch until it happens otherwise we would be the aggressor. I don’t think it will start with invasion. It will be economic suppression and social media manipulation. But Trump’s off on the wrong foot because he thinks others fear him and will capitulate. We don’t and won’t.

I’m not sure the Russian population is united with Putin. Heavy suppression of political opposition has gone on for years. Cities and services are falling apart. They’ve had revolution before. They know the playbook.

In all seriousness I thought at first this was a picture of Kari Lake gone blonde.

I’m sure this will sound odd but 20 years ago my doctor recommended drinking 2 gallons of water per day (yes gallons!) and a litre of fresh orange juice when I had tracheitis. Never able to manage it fully. Also to rest, flat. And when changing bed linen to wear a mask so to not inhale shed virus.
