So much for stare decisis. After all, Justice Alito just told a gathering that he would not overturn the Obergefell v Hodges ruling. That said, I doubt he would have any trouble overruling previous cases which the Court heard involving conversion therapy in NJ and CA.

Escambia County bans the book "And Tango makes Three," and US District Judge Allen Winsor agrees. Anti-LGBTQ+ bigotry is alive and well in Florida under Governor Rhonda Satan.

What matters is how LGBTQ+ youth are able to come out now, not conditions 5 years ago. Not everyone lives in larger cities like Chicago or NYC which has far more resources. If parental consent is required, youth will lose additional resources they might otherwise have had.

To yell louder, please use all capital letters. As Governor Gavin Newsom would say, "Thank you for your attention to this matter."

True enough, however, social media, OpenAI, and ChatGPT are tools that youth today are using to express themselves. Some youth live in areas that are less than accepting, and some live in families that are downright anti-LGBTQIA bigots. To whom do you propose they turn for a listening ear?
