This was then scrapped citing the Manchester synagogue attack. Polanski is both Jewish and from Manchester

It shouldn't be as hard as some people seem to make out to recognise that islamophobia, anti-semitism, hate in general, all needs to be absolutely, unconditionally, condemned every time without any form of whataboutery or "but this..." etc.

My partner was getting something out of my car and found a pair of ladies undergarments that weren't hers. Upset, she confronted me, and I said 'dear, that's just student politics' and she got embarrassed and hasn't brought it up since. That was 80 years ago and we're still together.

Well we saw in America how 'I 'm not as bad as that guy who is an obvious monster' worked out. I think looking at their strategy it's fair to argue for labour as enablers of Reform rather than opposition. Thankfully the next election isn't tomorrow.
