That may be what they are saying and I understand they (feds) now say Medicaid was not to be included. OHCA staff was told it would be unavailable until mid Feb. I’ll see if there is updated info.

@wsuares.bsky.social Medicaid cannot draw down federal funds to pay hospitals and other medical providers. They are told funds are frozen until mid Feb. Unknown how they will proceed. Might want to check it out.
