Trust me when I say I'm even close to that (on a VERY active day w/ a multi-hour bike ride I'm probably hitting 1500-2000 active cals)

The Night Before & Spirited are 2 new’ish ones that I’ve enjoyed, if you’ve never seen them

Giving in to the social media pressure and trying the new (owners), New England Pizza. Use to be one of my fave takeout pizza spots years ago, especially to the cream cheese stuffed crust.

Reviews do not spark much optimism that it’ll live up to the nostalgia but maybe I’ll be surprised 🤷‍♂️

It’s cold AF out and I had the garage heat on for 3 hours and it only got up to 10C 😂 Oh well at least the cold came in handy during conditioning.

Averages aren’t always the best representative calculation for this sort of thing was my point (it’s odd for me to have a score in the 70s)

Still have just under a month to go but not bad for totals.

That sleep score is a bit misleading as I typically either have a great sleep (80s or 90s) or it’s terrible (< 60) 😂

Another productive Sunday. All the usual chores + prepped supper for tomorrow, secured a Christmas tree, sold 2 pieces of exercise equipment and now enjoying a beer by the Christmas lights 🎄🍻

If it gives you hope, I sold 2 pieces of equipment (bike trainer, rower) on marketplace in about 5 minutes today. No tire kickers, no haggling.

These were the opposite .. probably needs more seasoning. Still nice and tender though and after you add a nice spicy mustard it’s good enough

Have not had an actual Schwartz deli smoked meat in years so I can’t compare, but I’d probably buy it again

Picked up one of these schwartz smoked briskets from Costco a few weeks back and decided to give it a go. I’ve done the Dunns smoked meat from the freezer section before and they’re decent enough, a bit salty

I actually do strap it to the roof of the van 😂 … our Xmas tree spot is about 40 minutes away but they sell from home hardware on sundays (10 min drive) so that’s what we’ve been doing (our kids are also older and have no interest in cutting down a tree anymore)

Heading out into the wilderness today with the family to chop down a tree 🌲, tie it to the roof of the van 🚐, drive it home and put it in the living room… 🎄

Just kidding I’m gonna buy it from a guy in the parking lot of the Oromocto Home Hardware 😂
