it can't be a good thing that so many of us have seen actual videos of people dying. not just the most recent one, but that too. before i left twitter, several accounts got boosted that were just videos of people getting killed. without warning, pasted onto my feed. how can we not get desensitized?

my favorite music group lately released an album last week that kinda sucks. it happens, and i still love them, but it's also a good reminder for myself. i've written some cool things in the past. i've got some good stuff ahead of me. i've been slumping lately, but i've still got it in me somewhere.
