(Mind you, I read at least half of the Crimereads lists, so it's probably not a bad idea.)

Sadly, I think it's a combination of money and being just immune from awareness of what their actions mean.

Starting watching Elspeth (finally) during my lunches, and the pilot has Stephen Moyer, but he's got his natural English accent on the episode, and it took me half an hour to realize it was a True Blood reunion.
