I will say I haven't tried the 25k Nosferatu coffin and it might be a better investment than trying to get my situation addressed, I now make too much for AHC and guess who "provides insurance" to my workplace (yeah its UHC)

Things I Have Tried: Meditation, melatonin, journaling, talk therapy, sleep study (negative for sleep apnea), magnesium, ambien, binaural beats, every color of "noise", audiobooks

I work a very physical job. Easily 20k steps five days a week with lots of lifting, pushing and pulling. My body is physically tired. I just can't seem to settle my brain. I never fall all the way asleep.

Not to be dramatic but I cannot keep functioning on three hours of broken sleep every night, it is making life extremely difficult and I won't see a neurologist until April. I just have to deal with it?
