Seriously every part of the comic where he sings 'Enter Sandman' had me laughing and I chortled again when I check which of the recent ones I'd loved most.

The ones that got the biggest laughs out of me lately were Aqua/Latina (I'm not sure why), 'Acceptable.' and 'Enter Sandman.' I laughed my ass off at the last one. All of the Zero ones made me laugh because they're just so goofy. Oh, and the Surge one.

There was no reason. That’s why it drives me crazy. Book 2 starts with the invasion underway, no explanation, and Elric spends the rest of the series moaning that he shouldn’t have done it. It’s wildly out of character, and motivates the rest of the series.

I really would be fine with the Elric books as pulp sword and sorcery if the central plot wasn't based around a gigantic plot hole that it constantly reminds you of. I don't know, Elric, why DID you destroy Melnibone?

On a personal level, this is one of my hardest things to deal with. Thankfully its not constant, and I've learned outward reactive regulation, but inside its still this, and sometimes the sad slips out >> 1/2
