For every single one of them, real consequences too, not just the normal slap on the wrist, real consequences to show that the law applies to all of us. If it doesn't apply to all of us, then it applies to none of us.

I can tell you why, they are having to choose between representing their constituents and their donors. I know it's a crazy concept that maybe you should represent the American people. If there is a hint of corruption in your voting record you should lose all the perks when you leave office.
