I keep hearing this. But the state has the power to deputize citizens, and I betcha there are enough people who would be willing to serve their state in that capacity.

My state, Arkansas, just voluntarily handed over voter rolls. Barely made news coverage. He might not be able to nationalize the election, but the red state governors will for sure go along with whatever scheme he inflicts on us.

The centrists/independents that I've known usually hold a mix, usually right/libertarian monetary views, with more left/progressive social views. As the saying goes, Republicans who want to smoke pot (and have butt sex).
