Trump's ppl confirmed that when he said in the SOTU that the government was paying to make mice transgender, it was bc somebody had seen the phrase "transgenic mice" and nobody knew what it meant or apparently how to use Google. He shouted, “You have no mandate!” to take Medicaid away from the most vulnerable Americans. For this, Speaker Johnson ordered his removal.

@govpritzker.illinois.gov (D-IL) responded best to Trump’s avalanche of gaslighting and lies from last night’s “SOTU.”

The only takeaway from last night's SOTU speech that actually matters so far as our future is concerned is that only ONE democrat was removed from the chamber for standing up to Trump's bullshit. Only one old democrat with a cane and no fucks left for fascism.

It should have been ALL of them.

Trump didn't say a word about health care last night. What is he hiding? I spent two hours hearing from Oregonians terrified about what Republican cuts to Medicare and Medicaid will mean for them. When you come for people's health care, you have hell to pay, and this time will be no different.

May our words and actions be a sanctuary for all. Whether you are rich or poor under it all we are the same. Our leaders should remember this.
