AC2 is a special to me - it’s the only game my dad ever showed an interest in. He randomly bought it for me for a Christmas present in the hope of playing it together. We played it once and he was like, “I guess games aren’t for me” lol I played it a shit tonne more really really fun game :D

This is the Collectors Edition for V. I haven’t played Vengeance yet (😢) but I think I’d like to play it on Steam rather than Switch and enjoy the game at a more stable frame rate lol I’ve heard Vengeance adds some good stuff, so I’ll play it at some point.

Checking out the manual for Card Master on SFC (Arcana on the snes), and I love the different depictions of Rooks, the main hero. There’s a bag, a double album of SMT V music and series music from a bunch of different games (which is cool!), a steel book case and an art book with all the demons inside (pictured below). It’s a cool CE, but I haven’t really looked at it since I played the game 2 years ago and I need more space

SMT V is, warts and all, one of my favourite RPGs, but this THING is too big and has to go sadly. I don’t have a great deal of space in my house and I’m always looking for ways to slim down my stuff. This is the only Collectors Edition I ever bought and yes I do regret it lol #blutoid

Best thing I read this spooky season was by far and away Shirley Jackson’s short story collection, Dark Tales. So fantastic. Stories of estrangement, of how homes - memories of homes, homes we hate, homes we long for - are so important to being a human. And great twists! Great screw turning!
